Sidewalk Repair — 1st Location
Culvert hole identified and sealed with concrete backfill. New sidewalk panel poured.

Same culvert erosion issue discovered at a second drain location. Drain filled and concrete poured same day.

HOA Board has contacted the City of Shelby requesting a timeline for black-topping Pebble Creek streets.
🟡 In Communication — Apr 22, 2026Entrance Trees & Shrubs
Grant's Tree Service trimmed 38 Crepe Myrtle trees and 13 Holly clusters at the neighborhood entrance. All debris removed.
🟢 Complete — Mar 17, 2026Curb Maintenance — 737 Cedar Hill Dr
City of Shelby confirmed curb repair is on the city repair list. Repair anticipated within ~2 months pending ADA ramp work.
