🗳️ Can't Attend the April 20 Meeting? Your Vote Still Counts!

We understand that not every homeowner will be able to attend the Annual HOA Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026. That's why we've made it easy to still have your voice heard. A 30% quorum (26 lots) is required to conduct official business — and for any changes to the Covenant, a 2/3 majority (56 lots) is needed. Your participation matters more than you might think!

If you are unable to attend in person, please download and complete the Homeowner Proxy Form below. Simply designate someone you trust to vote on your behalf, sign the form, and drop it in Deb Clark's mailbox prior to the meeting. Every proxy counts toward our quorum and ensures the community's decisions truly reflect the wishes of all homeowners.
